damn him!!

The first novel in a decade by Nobel Prize author Gabriel Garcia Marquez went on sale across the Spanish-speaking world Wednesday, a launch pushed forward because counterfeiters were already selling copies of "Memories of My Melancholy Whores."
The long-awaited novella, called "Memoria de Mis Putas Tristes" in Spanish, explores love, sex and life by telling the story of a male journalist who decides to celebrate his 90th birthday by having sex with a young virgin.

i really wanted that title. i do love the spanish version.

a second entry. whee!

i wonder if i should even consider posting what i really think. it's shocking enough to write what you're thinking; it's even more shocking when others read it and then tell you you're a sick mothereffer.
i should be doing more research on san francisco, but i'm all SFd out. i wish i was actually travelling with this show, but then again i'd be sick as a fucking dog half the time. the crew is in nyc right now. it's cold and wet. much like la is right now. but it's not nyc. ya dig?
anyhoo, they're off to ft. worth next week. nyc for a week, followed by ft. worth. do you have any idea how taxing that all is? i'd be a mess.

but secretly...i wish i was out there. wouldn't get too much sleep, that i can tell you. not with all the distractions.

way...too...much...fun!
